Please note that to ensure Next Day Delivery orders must be placed before 3pm.
Our Next Day Delivery option is subject to orders successfully passing our security checks and will be delivered by courier between 9.00 and 18.00 the following working day (Monday - Friday).
An additional £ 3 will be charged when shipping footwear due to the weight of these goods.
Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we welcome exchange or refund on most* products.
Simply return your items to us in their original, unused condition within 14 days from the date of delivery by trackable mail.
Items must be sent in their original packaging with the swing tags attached.
*PLEASE NOTE that we DO NOT accept returns on earrings, swimwear or underwear due to hygiene reasons. This does not effect your statutory rights.
Vivienne Westwood is unfortunately not able to cover the cost of returns, however we will happily ship your exchange free of charge where the correct product is available.
